Definitions
- "Company" — Mhost LLC, registered in Georgia.
- "Client" — an individual or legal entity accepting this Agreement.
- "Services" — Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), including VPS/VDS servers and related hosting services.
- "Website" — the official website: mhost.ee
- "Dashboard" — the personal control panel at my.mhost.ee
- "Order" — a Client request specifying the desired Services.
- "Plan" — a set of pricing terms under which the Company provides Services.
Subject of the Agreement
The Company provides the Client with Services under the terms of this Agreement. The specific types and costs of Services are determined by the current Plans published in the Dashboard.
By placing an Order, the Client fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
Company Rights and Obligations
Company Rights
- Temporarily suspend or terminate Services for maintenance, security reasons, or usage policy violations.
- Modify, update, or discontinue Services with reasonable notice.
- Refuse service if fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected.
- Block access if the Client's actions threaten the stability or security of the Services.
- Amend the Agreement and Plans with 7 calendar days notice.
- Immediately suspend Services without notice in case of critical security threats.
Company Obligations
- Provide Services in accordance with the Agreement and Plans.
- Process payments and reflect them in the Dashboard within 24 hours.
- Provide technical support according to the Plan.
- Protect Client information and disclose it only when legally required.
- Process refunds within 48 hours of approval.
Client Rights and Obligations
Client Rights
- Access account information via the Dashboard.
- Manage Services: configure settings, order add-ons, renew subscriptions.
- Dispute incorrect charges within 30 days.
- Request deletion of personal data.
- Receive compensation for outages exceeding 24 hours caused by the Company.
Client Obligations
- Comply with the Agreement and the Fair Use Policy (FUP).
- Pay for Services on time.
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Not use Services for illegal purposes.
- Maintain independent data backups.
Pricing and Payment
Current Plans are published in the Dashboard at my.mhost.ee. All prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The Client must pay for Services before activation.
- Non-payment results in suspension after 3 days and deletion after 7 days.
- Auto-renewal: a charge is attempted 7 days before expiration. This can be disabled in the Dashboard.
Refunds
The Client may request a refund within 24 hours of activation if the quality of Services does not match the stated specifications.
Refunds are not provided when:
- The Agreement or Fair Use Policy has been violated
- The account was blocked for fraud or illegal activity
- The Service term has expired
- Outages were caused by circumstances beyond the Company's control (force majeure)
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
Force Majeure
Force majeure events include: natural disasters, power failures, ISP outages, major DDoS attacks, wars, terrorism, sanctions, and emergency orders.
- The Company will notify the Client within 72 hours when technically possible.
- Performance of obligations is suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
- If the event lasts more than 60 days, either party may terminate the Agreement.
Modification and Termination
The Client may terminate the Agreement at any time via the Dashboard. Paid Services remain active until the end of the billing period.
The Company may terminate the Agreement for:
- Violation of the Agreement or FUP
- Using Services for illegal purposes
- Non-payment for more than 7 days
- Abusive behavior toward support staff
- Actions that threaten the security of the infrastructure
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, disputes are referred to the competent courts of Georgia.
Data Protection
The Company processes data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Client retains full ownership of all data stored using the Services.
The Company does not access Client data except for support requests or violation investigations.

Standard response time is up to 30 minutes during business hours and up to 4 hours outside business hours. Critical issues have a 15-minute target response time.
Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the Services, Website, Dashboard, and branding belong to Mhost LLC. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
The Client retains all rights to their own data and content.
