How to Report Abuse
If you have discovered abuse on our network, send a report to:
We take every report seriously and process all requests in order of priority.

What to Include in Your Report
For prompt processing, please provide:
- IP address of the incident source
- Date and time with timezone (UTC preferred)
- Description of the violation — what exactly happened
- Logs or evidence — if available
- Contact email for follow-up
The more complete your report, the faster we can respond. Anonymous complaints without evidence are processed with lower priority.

Response Time
- Standard reports: reviewed within 24 hours on business days.
- Critical incidents (DDoS, CSAM, malware): priority handling, suspension within minutes.
- Follow-up: we will notify you of actions taken if a contact email was provided.

Legal Requests
The Company is registered in Georgia. We respond to law enforcement requests only with a valid court order issued by a competent Georgian court.
