Overview
The Fair Use Policy (FUP) defines the rules for using our infrastructure. The goal is to ensure network stability and quality for all clients.
FUP applies to all plans. Restrictions are technical measures to maintain quality, not penalties.

Allowed Usage
Allowed
- VPN servers and proxies (personal use)
- Web applications, APIs, databases
- Game servers
- Development and testing
- Torrent clients (not for distributing unlicensed content)
- Media hosting and streaming

Throttled Under Load
Throttled
- VPN traffic during uplink congestion — reduced to 100 Mbps
- Heavy outbound traffic — over 90% port capacity for more than an hour
- Peer-to-peer during heavy usage
Restrictions are automatically lifted when network load returns to normal.

Prohibited Usage
Prohibited
- DDoS attacks and network attacks of any kind
- Spam and unauthorized bulk messaging
- Hosting CSAM or illegal content
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Cryptocurrency mining (causes 100% CPU load 24/7)
- Port scanning and brute-force attacks on external resources
- Distribution of malware
Zero tolerance: DDoS, CSAM, and malware distribution result in immediate suspension without warning.

Enforcement
- First violation: email notification describing the issue and recommendations.
- Repeat violation: temporary suspension of Services until the issue is resolved.
- Systematic violations: termination of the Agreement without refund.
Critical violations (DDoS, CSAM, malware) are handled through an expedited procedure — suspension within minutes.

Policy Updates
We may update the FUP as needed. Material changes are published on the Website with 7 days notice.
